About Us

Hi, we’re Nick and Sarah. We are college students living in Boston. We love to cook, try new foods, and create our own recipes. We love all cuisines, and try to put our own twists on the foods we eat.

Sarah was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of 16, and since going to college realized that finding celiac safe foods is difficult in dining halls because of frequent cross contamination. By cooking her own meals, she has been able to experiment with different ingredients to find foods that taste good, while making her feel good. 

Nick was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 17. Since, he has discovered a love for cooking, which has made the disease more manageable. He realizes that it is important to know exactly what goes into the food you are eating to better count carbs, which is hard in a dining hall. Also, following a diet low in fat and unnecessary carbs minimizes blood sugar spikes. 

We are students with jobs and heavy course loads, so we also try and have easy recipes that are perfect for busy weeknight meals. We have learned to maximize our time and budget in the kitchen, so we love to meal prep and have fast-prep recipe options. We’re excited to have you with us in our kitchen.
