Pomegranate Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

12 oz cranberries

4 tbsp and 1 tsp pomegranate juice

1/3 cup raw coconut sugar

Juice of one orange


Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, pomegranate and orange juices, and coconut sugar. Over low heat, let sit for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. If foam rises to the surface, skim the foam off the top and discard.
